OUR POLICY
We offer a 30 day return policy should you wish to return any UNUSED item(s). *

Processing time for returns once received back at SkateHut is 7 working days. This can be up to 14 working days during the Christmas period.
Please note that due to the planned industrial action by Royal Mail there may be some delays in processing returns over throughout November/December.
Apologies for any inconvenience caused but we will aim to keep any delays to a minimum.
Customers have 30 days from original purchase date to return items for a full refund (as per our standard returns policy).
RETURNS FORM
You can simply include a note with your Order ID, the item(s) you are returning and any details you may want to make us aware of. Should you prefer to use our pre-made form, you can download it here
No printer? Alternatively, you can write your customer order number and the information about the item(s) on a piece of paper and include it with the parcel as mentioned above.
Please ensure your Order Number is always added as we will need it to locate your details.
PACKAGE
All items being returned must be within 30 days from the date of delivery and be UNUSED and complete, including original packaging.
Please ensure you protect the parcel well for its journey back to us.
Please do not place labels or tape on the actual item, it's box or wrapping.
SEND
Send it in the post.
Please note that delivery costs must be covered by you if a refund is required.
We do offer a FREE returns postage if you are looking for Reward Points instead of a refund. See below for details.

REWARD POINTS?
To use our FREE returns service and receive extra Reward Points for our Economy Delivery Service, please opt for Reward Points instead of a full refund. Once returned, we will credit your SkateHut Account with Reward Points to the value of your returned item AND the cost of our Economy Delivery Charge (£3.95) which you can use towards a future purchase with us.
Simply spend your Reward Points at the checkout to easily purchase your new required item.
If you do not have an account with us, you will be unable to use this service. However, you can quickly create one prior to posting your return back to us. Customer returns without an account will be automatically refunded.

REFUND?
If you are looking to return your item for a refund, please note that you are responsible for covering the return cost which will be deducted from the refund if you use our returns label.
